Establish a superuser account for your company

This allows your company to establish individual user accounts for staff members. There is a yearly fee of AUD$500 for your company to have a superuser account. This fee will allow your company to have up to ten superuser accounts if necessary. The fee also includes a priority email support folder with our customer service team.

The holder(s) of this account can update subordinate user details, modify, or even delete their accounts. Once established, there are no restrictions of use; you may establish as many subordinate user accounts as necessary.

Corporate support packages

Priority email and call-back support is a popular and cost-effective package for businesses. Packages start from as little as AUD$15 a month depending on usage. This gives your firm its own support email folder with our customer service staff which will be responded to as quickly as possible. Our call-back service allows users to send an email outlining their question and one of our customer service staff will phone to answer.
