About us

Reverse Jobs is a direct way for employers to contact jobseekers.

The Reverse Jobs service is structured around two primary means of connecting jobseekers and employers:

Jobseeker profile database

Jobseekers sign up to Reverse Jobs, create a resume, and specify the type of work they're looking for. An employer conducts a jobseeker search and is presented with a list of suitable jobseekers. The employer selects the jobseekers whom they would like to interview, and an offer is extended to the jobseeker via email. If the jobseeker chooses to accept the interview offer, their contact details are released to the employer and the two parties are able to communicate.

Job ads

Reverse Jobs also features a traditional job board for employers to advertise available positions. Visitors to the site may browse these job ads and apply directly to the employer.

Launched in August of 2007, Reverse Jobs hosts the largest jobseeker database in the Oceania region and has made tens of thousands of connections between jobseekers and employers.

Why is Reverse Jobs free?

Reverse Jobs generates its revenue through premium services offered to employers and recruitment agencies, as well as through advertising. As such, the primary services such as searching and contacting jobseekers, as well as placing job ads, are offered at no cost to the user.
